Before Arkham's business
A lifelong company man for the Boston & Maine. After a yard accident crushed two of his toes in '14, he was moved to the timekeeper's booth.
Ruled by the punch clock and the ledger. He speaks in numbers and measures a man by his punctuality.
Afraid of
Losing his mind like his father · The sound of grinding metal
Believes
The world is a machine. If a part doesn't fit, you throw it out.
From the journal
I have never kept a journal before. It seems a good time to start. I am a freight yard timekeeper, and until lately that was all anyone needed to know about me. Routine day. Lately I have been hearing things about this town I can't leave alone.
